Reservations & Payments

Reservations and Advance Deposits: A minimum advance deposit payment of 50% of the total rental rate is required to secure your reservation. Your telephone reservation will be held 7 days pending receipt of your advance deposit payment. Advance deposit payments can be made by cash, personal check or Paypal.. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. If the advance deposit payment is not received within 7 days of your telephone reservation, the cottage will be made available to other guests.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Advance deposits are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-rented for the same time period originally reserved. If the cottage is re-rented, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge. The refund will be issued on your (cancelled) arrival date. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Damage/Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit (personal check or cash) is due at the time of check-in. This deposit will be used for any additional charges such as damages to property, lost keys, missing items, extra cleaning, and late checkouts. Late checkouts are charged at $20.00 per hour as we need to clean for newly arriving guests (checkout time is 10am). Guests shall be responsible for any costs over and above the damage deposit collected.

Check In/Payment: Your advance deposit guarantees your reservation.  Full payment is due 14 days in advance of your arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. We accept cash, personal checks and PayPal (additional fees may apply).

Don't forget to bring your own towels and related bath supplies!
